I only have two small complaints. 1.This vehicle should come with built in roof racks at all trim levels, not just the higher ones. I'll be purchasing aftermarket racks to address this. 2. For some reason, the storage space behind the third row does't fit my 2 costco bins. They used to fit side by in my 2008 Sienna but I can only get in one now. Still very roomy and a great vehicle. First, I am unhappy that Toyota was deceptive in their advertising about the wheels being alloy, when they are actually plastic covers. Every day I find something that shows that quality control is lacking. I got a vehicle with a defective windshield from the factory, and now the sunroof is leaking and making a ticking sound in operation. Also, why isn't every light an LED. I swapped most of the interior lights for LEDs but turn signals and reverse lights should also be LEDs (I swapped the reverse lights). I can recommend it for any family. Uses little gas, and very quite. And powerful at the same time. It looks great too. This is only one step up from a basic model and it has the softex seats. I love the lane assist and the rear camera. The only thing this is missing is drivers side memory seats. We held a food drive and fit so much into this van!
