The T4B features the same Bosch-patented Gravity-Rise system as the industry's award winning TS2000 Gravity-Rise Table Saw Stand. Unlike other miter saw stands, the Bosch Gravity-Rise system is practically effortless and allows for rapid set-up and breakdown in seconds. With a simple turn of the release lever and the user's guidance, the weight and balance smoothly raises the heavy-gauge steel and aluminum constructed stand and saw into working position. Set the leveling-Feet for uneven terrain and professionals are ready to get to work. Turn the same release lever again and the entire stand folds into a push cart design, complete with 8-Inch pneumatic wheels, perfect for transporting the saw over rough terrain from one location to the next.http://www.agenciaw3.com.br/datamont/userfiles/bosch-pp-tv20-manual.xml The T4B utilizes an aluminum support rail and special Universal Rapid-Release Tool Mounts designed to attach to the base of all Bosch and most competitors' miter saws. These mounts allow any user to quickly attach or detach the saw to the stand. And rubber-Feet prevent scratches when placing the tool on a cabinet top or bench. The same support rails expand for 18-Feet total material support, the highest among fully portable units. For users cutting long pieces of molding or flooring, this kind of support is priceless. Steve 2.0 out of 5 stars The clamp to lock table in upright position has a metal part that fits over the bolt and slides in an adjustment slot when folding. On my third use this cracked and split so I could no longer lock table in up position. I contacted Bosch to try and get a replacement and was surprised that they were not able to replace the part. Their only solution was for me to was to disassemble, repack (i had already discarded box) and return using Amazon. I requested they send replacement first then I would pack and return using that box. But they refused that option.http://www.drupalitalia.org/node/69146 I felt Amazon and seller where not at fault and thought Bosch would support there product. Bosch warranty service called back the next day and said I could return directly to them but still it was a return first. I decided that the number of hours to disassemble and then assemble the replacement were not worth it especially since the part is a pressed metal part that will probably break again. I ended up machining a replacement and installing myself (you do have to drill out rivets and re-rivet the guide in the top plate). So yes I like the saw stand but as designed it may break at any time and don't expect much support from Bosch. There were no instructions with mine, all the parts where there, so I found a youTube video showing assembly. I took the time to disassemble those lube and reinstall them. The folding mechanism is very nice, in that you don't have to bend way over or use a lot of leverage. It takes a bit more time but one reason to use a stand this heavy is for the extra stability. If I was loading this into the back of a pickup I think I'd probably go with one of the lighter non-rolling stands just because if you ever had to lift this stand even without the saw on it I'd much rather have one of the folding leg versions like the Dewalt Heavy Duty stand. If you had a ramp into a work truck or were just moving it around a work shop then absolutely the rolling stand is the way to go. Even stairs this certainly would go down stairs but I think I'd rather just carry a much lighter folding stand in those situations. For me I'm just moving it around my shop and it makes it very handy on my bad back not to have to pick it up to move it around.Man I’m glad I got this. For a decade a carried my 12” compound saw and clipped it on the yellow brands saw stand. It worked and was light weight and mostly durable except the little black mechanism on the bottom that released the brackets front the stand. They broke all the time.http://asyasunger.com/images/bosch-stove-owners-manual.pdf This Bosch stand is heavy but it rolls and the saw never has to come off to transport unless you want to. I roll it in and out of a cargo trailer effortlessly and set it up all while the saw is connected. This is the best stand I’ve ever bought period. It works easily with the twist of a handle and doesn’t have the cable that according to other reviews fails on the similar DEWALT stand. I will honestly say You will have a hard time getting this thing in and out the back of a truck everyday if that’s how you do business. It’s not really designed to be used like that at least not single handed. You will not be able to lift this thing up if your weak. If your a contractor like me who sets it up at the job site daily out of a trailer simply by rolling out you will be kicking yourself like I am for not buying sooner. Great mAterial supports and all steel construction. Simply great. If there's an unfortunate, it came without operating or installation manual. I spread it out on the garage floor looked at the picture and put it together. But it is very - very convenient - in all of it's aspects. For me worth every penny.I don't like cutting in the garage, so I was constantly lifting this thing and carrying it outside, setting up a stand and then reversing the procedure when I was finished. It was a chore and something I didn't look forward to. I looked at a number of stands, but none quite did everything I wanted. But the best part is you can be up and running quickly. It now takes me less than 1 minute to have the saw set up and ready to cut. 30 seconds to wheel it out of the garage, another 10 seconds to open it and a few more seconds to plug it in. That's it. When I'm done, I simply reverse the process and it's back in the garage, securely stored, in under a minute. If you can get past the price, you will not be disappointed with this stand. There are certainly less expensive stands available, but none I've seen can touch this one.http://hellnocancershow.com/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1626fdd61e92b2---bose-sounddock-manual-troubleshooting.pdf And if you can't get past the price, forgo a couple dinners out and get this one anyways -- that's how good it is.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again It took me about an hour and a half to put it together. Without this stand, it’s quite difficult to move my Bosch miter saw around as it weighs about 65 lbs. Also, after folding up the saw it takes up much less space in my small workshop and that’s a plus. The only gripe I have is it’s quite pricy. It costs more than half the price of my miter saw. Does it worth this price?? I don’t know. Your call!Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again The miter saw was the biggest producer of dust in my shop and after a project I would have to spend an extended period of time cleaning up. Not anymore.and hey if your worried about it being heavy.it is a little, but I'm disabled and am able to handle it myself.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again It also works flawlessly and can be handled by one person. It also works flawlessly and can be handled by one person. That saw is heavy and awkward to move alone, and it was hard on my joints. I did that for 5 years, all the while coveting this stand. I found it hard to justify the price tag. I bought the Bosch table saw this year for another project and got a taste of the gravity-Rise stand in action. That was the difference. I bought the mitre saw stand, and I don't regret it. It makes moving the saw much easier (it's still some work as the saw and stand are very heavy). The built-in support extensions on the stand are excellent too. I am happy with it. No regrets.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Took my time and maybe a half hour - super easy and straight forward assembly with clear instructions. So nice to be able to collapse my mitre saw and stand and roll into a corner of my not-so-large workshop (beside my Bosch gravity rise table saw). The extendable supports are also smooth and very well made.https://localhost/travestismexico/paneldecontrol/files/canon-a590-powershot-manual.pdf I highly recommend this stand.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again For me, the stand makes it easy for me to set up my saw and work quickly to get small jobs finished. The stops on the extensions are easy to adjust for quick and consistent cuts with longer and shorter pieces of stock. Raising and lowering takes little effort and the table with saw attached stores away in a reasonably small space. All in all, a great piece of hardware.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Ideal not only for tradespeople, but also homeowners who don't have dedicated workshop space to leave the traditional mitre saw stands set up. It's a pricey stand, but a very good one.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Everything fits snug but the moving parts move well without much play. It must weigh over fifty pounds by itself but once its set up and sitting on the floor that doesn't matter. It converts to a saw transport wonder in about 2 seconds. Wish I'd bought one 20 years ago, if they were available then.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again It makes the movement of the saw effortless, is very good quality and the Amazon price, for some reason, was way lower than I could find anywhere else. This stand is much the same as the one Bosch supplies with some table saw models. I also have one of those and the only way to describe them is, AWESOME. They just make the movement of the tools effortless. They fold down and open up with ease. I wish I had these stands years ago. Work wise, the stand is solid. The saw attaches easily and the extension of the rails is the best I have seen. The material stops on the rails are great for cutting multiples. A great stand!Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again I'm a pretty handy guy but the instructions were lacking adequate illustrations. Took about an hour to put the stand together and mounted my Bosch CM12SD. Unbelievably easy to lift and store with this stand.https://cashofferoregon.com/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1626fdd7983982---bose-sounddock-manual.pdf Poor instructions cost a star.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Assembly went well. Looks like it will last a long time. Only negative, as has been said by several folks, is the weight. Knew that when I ordered it. The weight actually helps in that the assembly is really solid and doesn't move around when you're cutting.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again It was easy to put together and is easy to use. I really like how easy it is to move it around whether it is opened or folded up. It is a replacement for one that I sold before I did a cross country move. There are 2 features that were on my previous stand that I would have liked included on the Bosch stand. 1) An electrical outlet or power bar attached to the stand. 2) Rollers on the extension support arms. It is very sturdy and easy to fold up. A well designed stand. I highly recommend it.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Good quality, well worth the Amazon price.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Probably a bit bulkier to store, but if you're constantly moving jobsite to jobsite this is the only miter saw stand to use. I bought this 3 years ago and still works great. Holds up to snow and rain just fineSorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again Worth the money as I know I will be using this for years to come.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Bosch's miter saw stand has a universal mounting system, so you can use it with all major miter saw brands. Integrated wheels make it easy to move it from job to job or just around the shop. The out feed and supports can handle an additional 18 feet of material safely. The Bosch miter saw stand holds up to 300 pounds to withstand almost any cutting project. The valve stems are on back of the tire when it is installed at the factory. -WJA I would appreciate replacement pneumatic wheels to replace the cheap solid rubber. I was looking at a TS2000 we have in our shop, which has pneumatic tires. We have had it for quite a while. Bosch has updated the pneumatic wheel to the solid style. -WJA I'm not a frequent user and each time I'm gonna use it, I find the tires flat, which add extra unpleasant work. Thank you for your help. I need all the dimensions necessary to order a solid rubber tire and hub Good luck, -WJA.BAWANIINT.COM/ckfinder/userfiles/files/canon-a590-manual.pdf Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2018 There is a slight design weakness. Terry P. 1.0 out of 5 stars I have no doubt this is a good product, do yourself a favor and pay the extra 25 bucks and buy it at Home Depot or Lowe’s.Please try again later. Please try again later. K. C. Olsen 3.0 out of 5 stars Normally, garden tires like these are 5 bucks or so, but Borsch has no replacement available because at some point they substituted solid (non-pneumatic) tires on newly sold units. Tha wasteful, and 20 of the price for an entire new stand. Bosch is supposed to be a premium producer, so it should have better product support especially considering the original design was defective. Please try again later. Please try again later.I bought their compound miter saw a while back and got tired of lugging the heavy tool around and putting on saw horses etc. I've been looking at this stand, but didn't want to pay full price. Finally it came up on Amazon for about 70 dollars less than normal through a 3rd party with free shipping. I couldn't wait any longer. After receiving it And setting it up, I determined I probably would have paid full price for it if I used it everyday like a contractor might. The ease of transport and build quality are really superb. Please try again later. Please try again later. RJP 5.0 out of 5 stars Assembly is fairly straight forward. A few simple tools and 30-45 min and it's up and ready to go. Some additional tweaks to some of the mfg assembly joints tightening the overall assembly yielded a much more solid and 'tighter' miter stand than others I've worked with. Leveled out the stand and proceeded with mounting my miter saw. My Hitachi and many Hitachi miter saw employ a 3-point mount rather than the traditional 4-point on Dewalts, Milwaukee, and of course Bosch. My mod worked out perfectly I might add. I can still remove the saw from the stand with the mounting rails attached and not lose the rail alignment for a quick attachment back to the stand. This stand does cost a little more than others I've seen. However, as an Engineer I will say it's well engineered and utilizes good design and materials. The solidest miter stand I've used. Sets up easy, stores easy, and handily moves around. Cons to this stand; I don't care for the wheels. While I tightened the axil of the wheels they still see underrated, too much play (axial run out) for heavy contractor use. Although time will tell. Also I've found that the saw mounting rails do not slide easy on the main rail. A somewhat poor clamping system on these mounting rails that doesn't necessarily clamp parallel inhibiting the lateral movement. Likely to be one of your, certainly mine, least adjusted features anyway. Overall a highly recommended purchase. Please try again later. Please try again later. K.T. Portland 5.0 out of 5 stars Like a lot of others have reported, some small parts like nuts, bolts and washers were missing from the package. So add a bit of shopping time to that 35 minutes. The assembly instructions are clear enough if you have just a little self-assembly experience and a few wrenches. Takes another 45 minutes. Once you have it together it's fabulous to use but I do have to question the price tag for a bunch of steel tubing. Still, a great tool. Please try again later. Please try again later. John A. Theotonio 4.0 out of 5 stars When it arrived by UPS the box was in terrible shape. As I moved it into my garage, the box finally split open and the parts started falling out. Next day I when to assemble the stand and found that there was NO manual. Lucky for the internet as I found it on-line. So after downloading and printing the manual I was able to begin assembly. First I identified that I did in fact have all the parts. Stand is now assembled and my Bosch miter fits nice. Works great. Would have given 5 stars had it not been for the poor packaging and lack of a manual. Please try again later. Please try again later. Richard Moody 5.0 out of 5 stars We have our Dewalt miter saw mounted to this and it allows us to move the saw around to the job site or area effortlessly. It is solid construction, but you must assemble it. Once it together you will be amazed at its ruggedness and portability. Good solid tires allow you to move it over unstable terrain. The gravity lift feature aids in positioning the tool for work. You can work on long pieces of wood with the extendable supports, etc. Please try again later. Please try again later. Brian P. 5.0 out of 5 stars Took about an hour to assemble. I would not characterize this as something you'd want to try and load into the back of a pickup by yourself to haul out to the job site - it's pretty heavy, especially with that big saw - but it looks and feels heavy-duty enough to be impervious to such activity. It has also proved more than equal to the abuse it has received so far and I look forward to it lasting many years. Please try again later. Please try again later. MOWAGG 5.0 out of 5 stars I'm amazed every time I place the stand up to store, or move and that sideways hanging miter saw just acts like it's part of the Stand. Heavy duty. Not too hard putting together. I used a great you tube for the process. The one I used was excellent. I love it, and highly recommend. Please try again later. Please try again later. T. Travis 5.0 out of 5 stars I figured that I generally keep my tools for a long time, I like to buy quality, so that I only have to purchase them once. The quality of the Bosch can be noticed before you even open the box, it is heavy. It is well built on a heavy gauge steel frame with cross bars and heavy duty saw mounts. I think you could mount just about any miter saw to the universal removable quick release saw mounts. I really like how fast this stand goes up and in to action, even with a heavy miter saw mounted on it. The side extensions work well and are very nice to have, the support arms adjust to the height of just about any saw base, making a clean level extension that gives good support for longer boards on either side. Final words, it is typical Bosch quality product that is well designed and well worth the money. My product was delivered to my home in excellent condition thanks to Amazon. It took me about 45 minuets and 2 beers to put together. Tim, Highlands Ranch, ColoradoPlease try again later. Please try again later. The stand offers rock solid support while cutting material up to 18ft, thanks to independent leveling feet. The material supports extend from the main support brace and offer superior material support. In this review I will cover T4B from shipping box to setup with a Bosch Axial Glide miter saw. Unloading the box you will find several plastic bags that have all of the hardware you will need to assemble the stand and a user manual. The stand does not come with assembly tools so you will need pretty much a full set of metric wrenches and a crescent wrench won’t hurt either. During assembly it is important not to over tighten any of the bolts because the saw relies on smooth joints to work its gravity rise magic. The only tricky portion of assembly came when I was attaching the main support rail to the leg system. There are 8 bolts that need to be secured to the rail all while the rail is oriented vertical to the legs. I found that some tape on the nuts will help to hold them in place while you hold the rail and fit the bolts through. If you want to make your life a whole lot easier this would be a good place during assembly to ask for some help from a friend. Once you get past this step you are almost done. The whole assembly takes about a half hour from opening the box to looking over your masterpiece. The mounting system consists of two Universal Rapid-Release Tool Mounts that are bolted to your saw. These mounts are then clipped onto the main support beam and locked in with locking knobs. The saw is positioned laterally with a piece of metal that slides on the main support beam. Once the saw is on the main beam and tightened down it really becomes part of the stand. There is no movement of the bracket at all and you can feel confident that your work will be stable. When the saw is in the vertical or storage position it is easy to pop it up on the large pneumatic wheels and transport the saw from location to location. To transform the saw into work mode all you need to do is turn the red lever and kick out the wheels, the weight of the saw will take care of the rest. To secure the main bracket in place while in work mode there is a cam lever on the left side that needs to be secured. Make sure to release this lever before returning to transport mode or you will look like a fool, like I have on several occasions. The only drawback is the 90lbs of weight that it adds to your saw. My saw comes in at a stout 90lbs so combined it’s a 180 pound setup. If you are going to purchase one of these it may be beneficial to make sure that the support and material stops line up with the back of your saw’s guide. If they don’t line up you can still use the stand but it won’t have all of the benefits. Will you be moving around with your saw much.
