If so since it's only 6 months old system why not call Brivis for the warranty service? I just wish i could get my hands on the latest advanced programming guide. Works well but runs like a tornado. After the work we'd got done along with the heater it was a bit rich. If I'm pretty safe to go down to 1000 rpm for example, then I can find a good compromise quickly. I'm not convinced my installer really knew. My guy says a lower fan speed and fully open flaps is less restricted than the high fan speed and half closed flaps I was left with. I want heating, but can do without the howl and rattling blinds:). In auto mode the Networker allows you to preset temperatures and times to turn the system on and off. This means that you can wake up to a nice warm house in winter. The Networker is designed with an easy-to-use rotary dial, an easy-to-read LCD screen and is backlit using Electro- Luminescence (EL) technology, making the screen easier to read in poorly lit areas or at night. Whether in heating or cooling mode, the Networker can be programmed to turn off after you’ve gone to sleep giving you comfortable sleeping conditions. Two different on and off programs can be set for each day of the week. The following products should have these corresponding service parameters checked on the completion of any Networker installer or service mode access. Some owners may also check the accuracy of the Networker for various reasons, but not always with a thermometer that is accurately calibrated, and therefore register a different temperature. Originally the N-E1 design was of a unique type used for error reporting to the Networker. When the N-E2 was designed for Contour, it had both the new and old system, but defaulted to N-E1 style for communication consistency to the Networker. The new N-E1 control introduced in October 1998, required a link configuration to be compatible with older Networkers. Cases where the components are not compatible result in the Networker reading normal operation signals as errors or the unit not operating. i.e. error 00 00 E1 or no PreWet indication. The following table should be used to configure the various component versions compatible. It is also preferable to turn the power supply OFF, and reset the Cooler electronic controller after making any service parameter change. When finally booking service online I received a confirmation email telling me I would be contacted by contractor with a date, and that I had to provide 24 hours notice if needing to cancel to avoid any charge. Contractor called me in the late morning to ask if they could come service from 12-2pm on that same day, which was terribly short notice given that I was already at work. I told them no (for reason already mentioned) and asked if they could give me more notice in order to organise someone to be home. To the contractors credit though, he text me asking if he could come in TWO days time, which was much easier to organise. As mentioned in the title, the actual service was FANTASTIC from all reports from my wife who was at home during the service. Very polite, excellent knowledge and efficiency, and problems have all been fixed without the need for any replacement parts (except some new wiring). Hope all services goes this well in the future. Had this not been fixed so easily, I would have definitely gone with a different company (and possibly different product) for the future due to poor longevity of product and terrible service booking system. So he just left and that was it, THEN brivis called a few days later and requested the payment for the callout as the job wasn't under warranty.Something about a loose circuit board. Then obviously nothing as we hadn't used it over summer, but today it happened again. And from reading the reviews on this company I'm not surprised they are always showing a fault. Absolute disgrace for what I thought was a reputable company. This better be covered by warranty as I'm not paying for a continual issue. Again, no paperwork from Rinnai or their contractors (Integrated Services). Still no heating for 4 weeks in winter and no timeframe for when the work will be completed. I've given them some allowance for Covid 19 but I think their processes and communications are appalling.
