Everyone at AirMart made the transaction easy. We look forward to many years in our new Bonanza! I really enjoy working with my salesman, Bob Flannery. He’s never pushy and keeps me up to date on available aircraft that meet my mission profile. We had been looking for a nice Saratoga for some time and when this one became available by virtue of it being traded back to AirMart, Bob told me that if I wanted it, I should secure it under contract immediately, as there were several buyers looking for the same type of aircraft. AirMart’s system of closing sales of aircraft are unmatched in my opinion. Everyone through the entire sales process pays attention to the details and keeps the buyer informed. I have recommended AirMart to several pilots since my first aircraft purchase a few years ago. In fact, I had someone contact me today looking for a Saratoga and I pointed them straight to Bob. Keep up the good work! The AirMart staff was very helpful and kept us up to date on each process all the way to close. We will certainly use AirMart again in the future. The airplane that I bought is not only perfect, but was in the exact condition as represented on the listing.Your web site was beyond my expectations. Heather was knowledgeable and eager to sell my plane. I had a buyer in less than one week. The sales process went smoothly and fairly quickly. I have worked with Airmart twice and have been happy both times. They answered all my questions promptly no matter if I called during working hours or called after hours or even on the weekend. Great professional service and courtesy. True customer service and satisfaction is hard to find these days, but not at AirMart. The airplanes are always better than what was represented. AirMart does a fantastic job locating clean, low time airplanes. I highly recommend Grant and his entire staff. After locating that specific aircraft from another broker, she was able to negotiate a very fair purchase price.http://indussestatecorp.com/indus/upload/elder-scrolls-oblivion-user-manual.xml She then explained the differential costs and benefits of AirMart accepting my current aircraft on a trade-in basis versus signing a broker agreement. I chose the trade-in option and was more than satisfied with the very efficient transactions which involved arranging for a pre-buy inspection, flying the new aircraft to Lexington for a final inspection and detailing, and then AirMart picking up the trade-in at my home airport and delivering my new aircraft to my home airport. I purchased my first aircraft 35 years ago (a '47 Ercoupe) with no purchase agreement, no pre-buy, no title search, and no test flight. Let's just say I have since learned the value of those items after making several purchases of light general aviation aircraft throughout those 31 years.Bob took the time to discuss my needs and explained how the process would work with AirMart if I decided to list it with them. I decided to do so and the plane was sold for a fair price in a short time. AirMart seems to be a meeting place for buyers and sellers, probably due to their high level of professionalism and past customer satisfaction. The transaction process could not have been easier. I am looking forward to upgrading to a faster complex aircraft this coming year. I know AirMart will be there to expertly assist me and will have the plane I’m looking for. Thanks again to Bob, Annie, and all of the crew at AirMart. Anyone looking to buy or sell an aircraft should choose you! They are very organized with all of the closing docs and escrow agents. I recommend AirMart and their salesman Paul. I’m very happy with my purchase and the follow up provided from AirMart and team. Happy Customer! Straightforward, honest assessment of the aircraft, seamless transfer and sale, professional operation throughout.” Each person I encountered was exceptional in their professionalism and helpfulness. I felt they went above and beyond finding the perfect plane for me.http://superbia.lgbt/flotaganis/1656111190 I would most definitely work with AirMart again in the future.” The transactions went very smoothly because they are customer focused, well organized, and energetic in quickly moving required actions forward via fast and easy web-based closing documents and digital signatures, providing maximum transparency and promoting confidence in the aircraft and process. I definitely recommend AirMart they are very competent, have good products, and greatly reduce transactional risks. One aircraft purchased from inventory which required repair of a minor avionics malfunction discovered by the AirMart team during their final inspection before delivery. Without AirMart's attention to every aspect of the sale and purchase I would have been very confused and discouraged trying to negotiate all details of an international sale and a final inspection before delivery. I especially appreciate the extra efforts by Bob Flannery and Annie Gunning resulting in two very successful transactions. Sold the plane in a great time frame.I've now purchased and sold aircraft with them. Why AirMart? Because they provide a noise-free, honest, responsive team that has one purpose--getting me the best deal.” AirMart accommodated all our needs and were extremely reasonable with our request and extremely open and honest. I look forward to future acquisitions with AirMart. Everyone involved was professional and exceeded all my expectations. Everything I asked for was not only done within my time frame, but was also done with excellence. I hope to do more business with AirMart in the future. If someone reading this is wondering what company they should use to buy or sell an aircraft, pick AirMart with confidence! When I started looking for a C-182 got myself I wasn't sure if it would be the same process or not. When I contacted Adam at AirMart, he made the process smooth and simple. I would recommend AirMart in the future to anyone looking to purchase an aircraft. This is a very nice, family style business that helps you every step of the way! I felt comfortable doing this because I have complete confidence that the airplane will be in as good if not better condition than what they had described. Sure enough, the plane was in very good condition, just as AirMart had said. I have sold two airplanes by AirMart as well and the experience was outstanding on both occasions.Would it not have been for. Paul and the whole AirMart crew, this process would have certainly been a much greaterFrom the first contact till the day I actually picked up the airplane in person the best. From scanned up-to-date logbooks, organizing pre-purchase checks, help with the paperwork No email or phone call was ever left unanswered nor was there ever a doubt that I was not Not even a national holiday deterred Paul from opening the Hopefully, the chance to purchase another airplane will present itself to me again in I definitely will work with AirMart in the future. We were most impressed with the extensive and conveniently organized and available documents provided, both online and in person.Heather and the rest of the staff made the selling process just as easy as the buying process.Everyone we had the opportunity to work with at AirMart was professional and helpful. Also, the recommendation made for securing the financing was outstanding, really a great group to work with. Adam Mabry and everyone else at AirMart did an amazing job in helping to sell my airplane. The pictures, video, and advertising were terrific. Adam did an excellent job keeping me informed during the whole process. The plane sold quickly and with AirMart guiding us through the closing it was very convenient and painless. I won't hesitate to use these guys in the future for my next aircraft transaction. The negotiation on issues was fast and fair. Bob stayed quite late the night we flew in for our pre-buy inspection. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience! Once a buyer was found, the process went very smooth and efficient.Very knowledgeable, pleasant and trustworthy. Every question I asked was answered promptly. There were no hard sell tactics. They delivered everything from the paperwork to the plane in a timely manner. If there is ever another airplane purchase in my future my first call will be to AirMart. I highly recommend dealing with AirMart. This was my first aircraft purchase and I, honestly, can not think of a single negative comment. I had a specific date that I needed to take the airplane on and she was on top of it, and I got my airplane. Kudos to her on a job well done. She is really an amazing individual. I am definitely going to refer anyone I may know that is looking to buy or sell to Heather.I would like to thank you for the professional way you pack the aircraft. I appreciate and confirm that I received the Cessna T182T in a 100 condition. I will definitely recommend AirMart to other people. That initial contact and return calls were timely, very courteous, and, what really mattered, extremely reassuring. There was no pressure by Paul Cannon, our salesman.Any Problem found during the prebuy was quickly remedied. During the delivery flight the gas gauges were found to be (as with almost all Cessna's) faulty. Again Air Mart was quick to make sure this was repaired, even though the plane had already been delivered. This speaks volumes to the integrity of the company. Our check ride was done with a very knowledgeable young gentleman Named Sav. His working knowledge of the plane was very good and was able to answer all our questions easily, which put us at ease that we made the right decision on our new plane. He was also the pilot that delivered our Cardinal. Several pilot friends and family members wanted to go up with him for a quick checkout ride and Sav took it in stride. That night Sav stayed at our home and during that time he was professional, polite and relaxed even though we picked his brain for information on general aviation and the Cardinal in specific. Having a person like Sav work for Air Mart shows the level of commitment Air Mart has to providing exceptional service. Something should be said in regards to all the ancillary staff that works for Air Mart. Without all of them ( including the title company) this could not have gone so smoothly. They really were a joy to work with.I traded in my 2012 Cirrus SR20 for a 2016 Cirrus SR22 and as in the past, the new plane was exactly in the shape as they had represented it. In fact every plane I have purchased from AirMart has always been in outstanding shape. It is always a pleasure to do business with them and why I always contact them first when looking to sell or purchase a plane. I felt AirMart was always working for the best of my interests and I fully trust AirMart. I highly recommend AirMart to anyone who wants to sell their airplane.I’m not sure what’s better than really impressed, but that’s what I am this time. I stepped out on a limb with this sale and purchase, on the advise of Grant. He came through with everything he promised and more so. I tell everyone who is buying to at least give you guys a call. Thanks again for a great experience!! I delivered my airplane this past Monday and closed Friday by noon! Service and personnel were above and beyond expectation. I will use them again for purchases or sales! For me, this was an emotionally trying event, since it was something I felt I had to do, but was not something I wanted to do. However, given my low flying hours over the last year, it was the only reasonable action to take. The final closing was a painless and rapid process, and couldn’t have been easier either. If you are looking for an aircraft or are in the market for one, I think you should consider AirMart! I coordinated the sale through Adam Mabry with an assist from Annie on the administrative side and their professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm throughout the process was a 1st class act. The experience reflects highly on them, the company leadership, and AirMart. Special thanks also go to the Maintenance staff for getting the airplane in beautiful condition mechanically and aesthetically for the trip home. I also tip my hat in thanks for going above and beyond in taking care of the customer (me) and remedying a non-required (per contract) maintenance issue post-buy. AirMart's act of under-promising and over-delivering was surprisingly refreshing and made me feel important and appreciated as a client. Thanks to Adam, Annie and the rest of the AirMart Team. I'll be back and will be referring friends. The response time was amazing. The time from my initial inquiry to the time you took my plane was only 3 days. I found the offer fair and evaluated items reasonable. I am very satisfied with my encounter with AirMart. It was no problem to complete our purchase from out of state, they kept us informed along the way, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we flew our new plane back. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future. Their organization and proactive communication keeps the process transparent and as easy as possible on the buyers. They do the heavy-lifting to minimize the work of the transaction on the buyers. Log entries were not properly classified, damaging the marketability of my aircraft. They didn't know the market on Malibu aircraft and priced me way out of the market, making it nearly impossible to generate interest. They were not responsive to calls and didn't do anything beyond simply placing my aircraft information on the web. Everyone does that and you can do that from home, so what separated AirMart from the others. Grant represented my plane well, correcting mistakes from the prior broker and overcoming the damage done by the prior broker and he was readily available when I called. AirMart understands Malibu's and knows the market. He contacted me on a regular basis giving me updates (good and bad) on the progress of the sale. He helped me to see my aircraft in a different light, giving me a reality check on the asset I was selling - which enabled me to be proactive in setting a realistic price to get my aircraft sold. While I wasn't happy with the final price of my aircraft, I'm confident it was more than likely what the market would bear and in the end, it was my decision to accept the offer. I now own a nearly new Malibu and when the time comes to get it sold, AirMart will be my choice to get the job done.” AirMart made it easy to send pictures and documents, and handled all the buyer hassles. AirMart’s knowledge of market pricing and negotiations made what I thought would be a high-stress transaction very simple and stress-free. AirMart was able to secure a purchase price that was 96 of my original asking price. If I ever decide to change or upgrade planes in the future I will definitely do it with AirMart. In fact if any issues or unexpected situations arose during those transactions the AirMart team resolved them while keeping me informed of the progress. In fact, they encouraged my involvement and made me feel like I was a part of the AirMart Team. Absolutely! Everyone involved was friendly, efficient and professional. Communications were great and the system to ensure funds and title transfer were seamless. Given the professionalism, technical competence, and straight shooting style, I’d consider AirMart first for either buying, or selling, an aircraft!” Throughout the process, I discovered many moving parts beyond what I had anticipated. Sav at AirMart patiently explained the process and took care of all the steps, with minimal time impact on me. I think the airplane was priced appropriately and widely advertised, with the end result that multiple offers were prioritized and nurtured until one went to closing the sale. Overall, I am glad I went with this professional broker instead of trying to sell the plane myself. Honest, professional, helpful, and resourceful. A very comforting way to buy a plane.” My first Cirrus purchase at AirMart was my first aircraft purchase ever. The buying experience was fantastic, especially considering my inexperience at buying an airplane for the first time. AirMart handled the process beautifully at all stages with excellent recommendations for financing, insurance, pre-buy, and transition instruction. I was even connected with a Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP) for transition training under the Cirrus Embark program which was phenomenal and boosted my confidence and safety in operating my new airplane; as an added benefit, the cost of instruction was covered by Cirrus. When I landed at my home airport, I was greeted by compliments from my FBO friends for my great looking plane. For first time buyers or long-time owners, I strongly recommend the team at AirMart for their professionalism and support. You will be happy you went with AirMart!I got good advice on everything. The sale happened quickly and went very smoothly and I couldn't be happier. The pictures and description on your website were way beyond anything I had expected. The paperwork for the actual sale was handled much more efficiently than I had expected. Doing everything online was wonderful. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I would highly recommend AirMart to anyone considering buying or selling an airplane. The first plane I looked at was exactly as described. That one sold fast and I missed it. After seeing photos of the second plane and talking to with a sales manager, I bought it sight unseen. Should say a lot about their reputation. Thanks for a great plane. Both the Company and Grant and his family have a long-time excellent reputation in the aircraft brokerage community. The plane I purchased was exactly as it was represented in the listing, and Grant made the experience fun and was a pleasure to work with. I would do business with AirMart again, and would certainly contact them if I decide to list the plane for sale in the future. A week later, I said goodbye to my beloved plane. They took care of everything. I never imagined that the process could be that simple. I cannot recommend this company enough! AirMart made the process quick and painless. Everyone that I worked with was very professional and helpful. They were available when I needed them and did everything that I asked. I had no clue how to even begin to find, let alone purchase an airplane. Adam helped me find the plane that was the perfect fit for my needs and made sure that everything went smooth from beginning to end. Thanks Adam for all your help! Their people are professional and courteous, the sale was easy and seamless just like last time. My plane was sold in about three weeks, and for the amount I was expecting, and in this terrible economy. I was extremely happy with AirMart. The transaction was handled in a very professional manner. It's nice to deal with professionals. Since at the time, I was in the process of moving from Virginia to Florida and could not be present to show the aircraft, Adam arranged to fly over to pick-up the aircraft and fly it back to AirMart, all at no charge. I could not have asked for any better service than was provided by AirMart. There is no question, I would recommend AirMart to anyone wanting to sell or buy and aircraft. They are the finest. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. These guys know their stuff! Regardless of my request the AirMart Team always responded promptly to my every question or request. Until then: Thanks, AirMart Team!” Grant and his staff were responsive both before and after the sale. Everything they said they would do, they did. We would definitely use AirMart again given the chance. You made the transaction so simple. Pat was great. The plane is great. I flew the wings off yesterday. I even got sunburned I was out there so much. I have to say, I have absolutely no remorse and am actually even happier than I expected to be. The pictures on the internet did not do this plane justice. This thing is gorgeous. It makes a man feel good when all the guys at the airport are standing around talking about what a good looking plane this is and how it is in pristine condition! I finally took delivery of my Saratoga yesterday, 96 days after the first email to Adam asking if the plane was still available. You might think that it was a disappointing delay, but it is not at all. Every step of the way, I knew that all of the hands that touched this deal had my best interests in mind. It simply took that long to make it all perfect. I emailed Adam for the first time on December 1st, and by the 7th it was clear that AirMart had a tough combination: a less-than-helpful seller and a first-time buyer. Adam was patient and helpful with all my questions, and helped navigate the line between my inspection demands and the seller's reluctance to move the plane. When it was time to press some issues, he moved the process up a level to Grant, who helped get the seller to understand my position. Because of that, I felt confident that AirMart as a whole was working to facilitate the deal. At the pre-buy inspection, I actually rejected the plane. There was some corrosion that was repairable, but was beyond what I was ready to take on as a first-time buyer. Adam seemed disappointed, but I felt like it was for me, not because there would be no deal or commission. AirMart and Annie closed down the transaction smoothly and without a hint of pressure to stay in it. As much as anything, I was really pleased that all Adam had to say about it was that he was sorry, that there was a plane out there for me, and AirMart would keep looking. He did casually mention there were two 6X's available. I licked my pre-buy wounds and headed home on the 18th. I didn't know it, but Adam was still working on making things happen. After a few phone calls, I found out on the 24th that AirMart had worked it out. The seller would make the repairs to the plane, and the deal was on. We closed on the 26th and the plane was mine.I am so thankful for your care, time, and effort to help a first-time airplane buyer navigate the aircraft purchase process. It is the little things that matter - understanding the ENTIRE purchase process and not just selling an airplane sets Airmart apart to me. Helping with the Pre-buy, connecting to resources for finance options, connecting to an attorney to set up an LLC, all the way to ferrying the airplane to my home airport. So blessed (and happy) right now. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I would absolutely recommend Airmart and Sav specifically to anyone looking for a company of high integrity and knowledge to complete their next aircraft purchase.I was very pleased on how you so accurately described the Commander and how far and above you went to make it a presentable airplane. So often today it seems as though you pay too much and get little in return, not so with you guys!! I'm just amazed at how accommodating everybody was during my visit. Honest, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Even the Title Company you used was a pleasure to work with. I can not emphasize enough on how pleased I was with every aspect of the transaction. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed that he remembered the type of plane I was interested in and had the system to recall potential customers. The first time I talked with him was a few years before. This contrasted with other agents I called during my search; many of these didn’t even return calls. How can you sell a plane (or anything) and not communicate with a potential buyer. After deciding to buy the Centurion, I listed my Mooney with him and essentially had it sold within a week. The process was very smooth. They took care of everything, and the fee was reasonable.” My sales executive was extremely professional and understood the market and price for my plane. The selling price was more than expected and his estimate on the marketing time was accurate. Their communication was great and was always available for questions either by phone or email. AirMart’s experienced support staff and title partner made the closing process seamless. I highly recommend AirMart because of their connections to buyers and knowledge and experience in the market. A friendly, knowledgeable staff covered all the bases start to finish. It was a pleasure to meet the phone and email “voices” face to face in Lexington when we took delivery. A very nice facility. We would definitely consider using AirMart if we ever consider selling or trading in the future.” AirMart is a first class operation from start to finish, and their follow-thru after the sale is a rare treat.I was very impressed with Bob Flannery and AirMart. Bob was upfront and honest with all the aspects for me as a buyer. He helped me understand each step in the process. He met us on Sunday morning and provided plane specific training. Bob even called and checked on me days after my flight. Every AirMart person was cordial and professional, from interfacing with escrow account to tracking progress at every step. They all did a great job. I recommend both Bob and AirMart to anyone interested in buying an airplane.I had an aircraft to trade in, so I assumed that would make the process take much longer. However, in just a couple of months the deals were finalized. The aircraft that I purchased was looked at extensively by their shop. They continued fixing items on the aircraft even after all agreements were finalized, letting me know that they genuinely cared about my families' safety. If you're really into professionalism, I would see what AirMart has in their line up. My son and I arrived on a commercial flight and Adam was at the airport terminal to pick us up. When we arrived at AirMart their team was cooking outside on the grill and my son and I had lunch with them. Adam went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He sent his mechanic out to answer all our questions. My son and I had a good time at AirMart. The flight home to Cleveland in the Cessna 310K we purchased was uneventful, I would not hesitate to refer anybody to do business with AirMart.” All of the small repair items we asked about on the plane were immediately taken care of. The books and plane were personally delivered for us to our location. A wonderful overall experience from the entire staff, and a huge shout out to Sav for his help and expertise. Thank you so much for helping us through our first plane purchase with hopefully many more to come. I was also out of the country during the entire transaction which would normally make things much more complicated, it didn't. A very professional experience. You certainly went all out to make sure I had plenty of exposure since we had interest from as far south as Puerto Rico and as far north as Canada. When I first listed with you I really liked the fact you sent a staff member up to take pictures of my plane without me having to leave my hangar here in SW Pa. When we had an interested buyer, I was impressed when Tom came up and was, not only the point person aka sales rep for me but was also the AP doing the compression check for the buyer’s representative. Thank you for flying me home after I delivered my aircraft to you at Lexington Airport.
