This rating is about the delivery of the product, NOT about the product itself which, so far, seems to be adequate for my needs.I just installed them so I don't know how they will last over time but they are working fine so far. The machine automatically recognized them as new toner cartridges. I put four stars instead of five stars because of the following: 1. There were no installation instructions included and the installation is not intuitive. I had to find the machine's manual to figure out how to install them. The only reference included was a generic note to send an email to the vendor through Amazon should I have any questions. 2. There were no recycling instructions. Every manufacture's cartridge comes with recycling instructions (and usually with a pre-paid mail sticker).The black toner, which I replaced 3 weeks ago, worked fine at first, but is now printing a light gray background across the entire page. This may be fixable by running the printer's clean toner operation, but it refuses to do so until I give it a real Brother toner cartridge. I'm pretty technical, and have gone through all the suggestions in the manual and the boards.Well, much to my delight these cartridges were priced below what I expected to pay and arrived quickly. I was concerned that when the time came I'd have a problem, but low and behold they have worked perfectly.
