Puedes elegir la velocidad a la que cose por lo que tienes oportunidad de aprender sobre la marcha y sin miedo y todo el proceso de poner el hilo, la bobina, etc.No se usa el pedal y te da la opcion de reforzar el inicio y fin de una costura ademas de que corta el hilo!!! Incluye el pedal por si lo requieres pero funciona perfecto si el. De acuerdo a muchos videos que vimos antes de decidirnos por este modelo, esta maquina es una de las faciles de usar y si tienes mas experiencia, podras sacar provecho de todas las opciones de configuracion que incluye para cada puntada. La funcion de bordar es un mundo aparte, pero no es nada complicado. Cuando recien la desempacamos, hicimos pruebas de coser y bordar y tambien es la cosa mas facil. Obviamente hay que tener idea de lo que estas haciendo, el tipo de tela el tipo de hilo y sobre todo elegir el diseno y colores adecuados pero en cuanto a la ejecucion (bordar) es cosa de 3 minutos para montar la tela en el bastidor, ubicar el diseno y presionar un boton para que haga lo demas sola. Definitivamente es de uso domestico o para un pequeno taller de costura. No creo que aguante un uso comercial intensivo, sobre todo porque el tamano maximo del dibujo es de 10 x 10 CM. Vuelva a intentarlo I had to download crossover (for my girlfriend's MAC) and Sewart to be able to make my own images, and if I didn't do that, I'd have to pay about 10-15 dollars to have a file converted by a third party. The fact that they include an advertisement for an embroidery file website is OBSURD and awful, the information for Sewart should be included with this machine OR they should have their own file conversion program considering THEY MAKE THE MACHINES THAT USE THE FILES. That being said, the machine ITSELF is amazing and worth every penny, it was an amazing gift to give, but I reccomend using SEWART to digitize your countless images instead of buying the junk they sell per file on the promoted website (I already had to buy the thread, and the machine, now they expect me to buy a file for a patch??? Its easier to not buy a machine and go to a third party to have patches made, or just buy patches at the dollar store with better quality images that aren't overrated Disney movies). Buy your own digitizer program, DO NOT burn your money with the promoted websites they reccomend. I also have noticed that the machine when in Zig Zag will skip stitched and often breaks the thread. This may be due to it being on too fast of a setting or a tension error which I will play with - however my older Brother never did this. I purchased this for sewing only as it was a great price for the features I need. It is quiet, easy to use with a really good manual and the auto threaded is the best I have ever used. J'ai facilement appris a utiliser la fonction de broderie et j'adore. Plusieurs videos en ligne peuvent aider au depart, et il y a meme un groupe fb dedie aux utilisateurs. But with lots of Youtube videos and the user manual, she was able to use it, mainly for the embroidery creation part. I also learn with her as she wants us to learn together or if she needs help I'm there to tell her what I know. We still have to learn the sewing part. So far so good we got this in May 2018, this is sturdy machine that does its job. It's beyond our expectations, we never knew that sewing machines can do embroidery too, and it's computerized. Quieter when sewing and love the thread cutting and needle threading features. Embroidery function working great. Have used machine included designs and downloaded designs via USB. Vuelva a intentarlo But I didn't like it's embroidery. I never had much luck with it, the thread would tangle and break and just be a general mess. Fast forward to now, and I now have two granddaughters who love dresses. I have had some medical issues since the early 2000's and sewing was the very last thing I wanted to do I've since had a couple of surgeries and feeling good. I wanted to try my hand at machine embroidery again, but the Viking was outdated. I thought about buying another Viking but after doing research, I read so many negative reviews (I was looking at the Viking Jade) I just couldn't see paying the money. I finally decided on the Brother 600 because it had great reviews and seemed to have what I was looking for at about half the price of the Viking. I have bought Brother machines in the past for my daughters, but they were the cheap, basic machines. They never seemed to hold up for very long. So I was very nervous buying this one. Let me tell you, I am pleasantly surprised. This machine is a whiz. I've made sundresses with matching purses for my granddaughters, little zippered pocket pouches for my sewing accessories, and a whole host of things for a hospital neonatal unit that one of my friends who is an RN there asked me to make. (And yes, I work full time in office as well). I've only owned it a few weeks and it is getting a workout. I am getting ready to make my sister-in-law and myself tropical themed zippered totes with embroidered initials. The embroidery.it does a beautiful job. I love the fact that you can use the included embroidery patterns as well as uploading patterns from the internet. I confess I have not done that yet, baby steps.
