If in doubt, look closely at the picture of what you're buying; the vast majority of the time, Braun's different models have parts that definitely look different from each other. All of these are essentially the same machine, the higher model numbers simply being the ones with more bowls and more attachments. Further info: Model number 3202 and 3205 are ALSO the exact same thing - you're safe buying those parts. And the words in the model names, such as CombiMax and whatever other names they've been called, make no difference at all - if the numbers match, you're set. The models to avoid buying the wrong parts are the 4259, 4262,.Those are the wrong parts for your machine, and sometimes unfortunately those parts CAN look similar to yours in a picture. If necessary clean all parts thoroughly with a spatula or a brush before rinsing them. Colour intensive food (e.g. carrots) may leave stains on the plastic parts. I have used a toothpick on the area I can reach and had the components soaking in a mild solution of bleach as detergent wasn't effective. I would not hesitate to pick up another in better condition, but for now, this sample will suit me fine. It is a very solid and compact German camera that is fun to use, and rife with quirks that make the shooting experience a memorable one. While I’m not impressed with the compositions of my images, I can’t fault the camera for that. Based on what I’ve seen though, I think that with a better attempt, I’d get some really fantastic images from this camera.
